President

There’s no one better at anticipating and meeting needs. Words like driven, thoughtful, genuine, loving and empathic give you an idea of why she is a servant leader who helps others solve problems by embracing them in care. No wonder Maestro created “jenuine” as her very own logo.

As president of our company, Jen draws on a diverse and successful background in teaching, sales, sales management and sales training. Before leaving Johnson and Johnson in 2007 to help launch Maestro eLearning, Jen held Regional Trainer (Chicago) and District Manager (South Carolina) positions with the firm.

Jen has been happily married to Sean, her personal Gibraltar (as in rock of) for 15 years and is proud Mom to sons Reid and Mackenzie. Topping her most-valued list are people and relationships, teaching, coaching, mentoring, supporting, encouraging and using her talents to nurture and propel others. Jen recently helped establish a foundation in memory of a fallen high school classmate who lost her battle to breast cancer.

Day 1: Giants at work.

There is no reason to be afraid of the giants I work with daily. But sometimes the sheer size of their collective spirit and talent is downright scary. Every day it amazes me, humbles me and makes me profoundly proud.
