Josh Little
Chief Dreamer
Here’s a guy who doesn’t just dream of changing the world. He greets each day as an entrepreneur who’s doing it, working tirelessly to honor the people who believe in and support him.
Chief dreamer Josh Little spent his formative years in Rives Junction, Michigan, where he learned to ride dirt bikes and sing show tunes. The locals still talk about his spellbinding performance in a junior high rendition of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Armed only with a degree in education and a will-do attitude, Josh notched successes in sales, training and marketing roles at SBC, Pfizer and Stryker before striking out to launch a trio of successful companies, most recently Bloomfire. Today, he spends most of his time imagining how Bloomfire can make the future better.
Josh was astute enough to woo Tamara, his wife of 15 years, while he still had hair. With their children, Jonah, Olivia and Paige, the Littles are big on water—as in spending time in, around or on it fishing, boating, skiing, swimming or ice skating. In addition, Josh races rally cars on the weekends, volunteers at his church and works tirelessly to maintain his standing as the world’s best mediocre guitarist.
