One, two, three, four —let’s give Kim some more.

She’s everybody’s go-to pro, and the word is out among employees and clients alike: If you want something done, give it to Kim.

With degrees in fine art and advertising from Michigan State University, project manager Kim Hoogenboom joined Maestro six months after the company’s founding. In the years since, she has designed, written, managed and organized for the company. In short—you name it, and she’s probably done it.

Kim worked previously as a senior graphic designer and art director for a professional beauty products distributor and as a packaging graphic specialist for a major international corporation. Although she grew up on the east side of Michigan, she has been in the Kalamazoo area for several years. She is wife to Aaron and mom to Josh and Alexa. Her goal in life? To achieve the perfect balance among the demands of mother, wife, daughter, friend and colleague while remaining true to her beliefs.
