First responder in strategic emergencies.

Phillip Neal

VP of Business Development

When strategic soundness or health hangs in the balance, Phil answers the call, deftly evaluating, stabilizing and ultimately putting strategies on the road to health and success. It all comes naturally to this former paramedic.

Phil Neal brings a rich and varied background to his role of learning strategist at Maestro. He grew up in Detroit and served in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. After discharge, Phil was trained as a paramedic and eventually moved into management, overseeing 300 employees for Life EMS Ambulance in Grand Rapids. He went on to hold leadership positions with an interactive media group and the American Red Cross before joining Maestro.

Today, Phil leverages his business degrees to provide strategic guidance for Maestro clients seeking to produce business impact and drive value. He enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with family and friends. A resident of western Michigan, Phil is married to his best friend Dianne and devotes himself to modeling for his five children (Paxton, Luke, Drew, Chase and Paige) the work ethic, integrity and strong faith that have underpinned his many successes.
