Tamara knows this best and models it for the rest of us—there are few things in life that can’t be improved with kindness and a positive attitude.

Born and raised out west, Tamara Little moved to Michigan during her college years. After graduating with a degree in elementary education from Western Michigan University, Tamara taught second and third grades. She then moved to the corporate world before assuming the duties of operations manager for Maestro.

When she’s not attending to the needs of clients or running interference for employees, Tamara trains her management skills on the operational needs of her own household, attending to the needs of her husband Josh and their three children (Jonah, Olivia and Paige). Tamara likes to fill the spare time that’s left in this hectic schedule with reading, movies and catching up with friends and family.
